Saturday April 10th 2027 at 9am for the Ponoka Battle River Run. The run features a 10K, 5K and 1K Kids loop and is hosted by the Town of Ponoka and R2 Fitness. Start and Finish is at Baden Powell Adventure Center.

Run along the scenic Battle River through Ponoka’s Battle River Valley trial system. Our 5km loop will be run entirely on paved trails while the 10km loop will include some stretches of off-road trails. Races to start at 9:00am with staging at the Baden Powell Adventure Center. 

Race map and race start will be distributed closer to race date.

Kids loop is free and requires no registration.
Registration includes chip timed results, post race snacks, and a long sleeved shirt.
Long Sleeved Shirt is only guaranteed with registration prior to April 3rd, 2027 (11:59pm).

Shirt sizes are Unisex XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL & 3XL

All proceeds will fund graduation scholarships at the Ponoka Secondary Campus and St. Augustine School.

Medals will be awarded to top 3 overall male and female finishers in both the 10K and the 5K.

Results will be provided with the following age categories male and female in both 5K and 10K.
13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Will take place Friday April 9^th 5pm-7pm at Baden Powell Adventure Center (same location as the start/finish).
**Race package pick ups can also be done the morning of the run (Saturday, April 10) between 8am and 8:30am. Run begins at 9am, if you're unable to do the Friday pick up.
