The Event

The Ladiesfest 8K run/walk is a Ladies only event established in 2000 and designed to bring together women of all ages for a day of fitness, wellness, and community.
The run/walk allows women to challenge themselves by walking, jogging or running an 8k course.

The Cause

All proceeds from the 2025 Ladiesfest 8K run will be donated to Womanspace a resource centre serving women in Lethbridge and area in various capacities over the last 30 years.

Course Information

The 8K event goes June 14th at 8 AM (MT). The Start and Finish is at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge with the course heading down into the river valley and finishing back at the Lodge where all participants will be treated to a buffet breakfast in the ballroom of the Lodge and an awards ceremony will be held. There will be a 1hour 45 minute cutoff. **STROLLERS please note there are a number of steps on the final stretch of shale pathway coming off Whoop up behind the Galt Museum.

Registration

• Registration fee is $42.00 for 16 & over, $36.50 for 15 & under (online fees included) and includes entry into the 8K run as well as a buffet breakfast in the ballroom of the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge to be held in conjunction with the awards ceremony.
• Optional Shirts are available for an additional $16.50. Shirts are Polyester Ladies Sizing a
  sizing chart is available here. ** Deadline to order a shirt is May 21st 11:59pm**

Package Pickup

Friday June 13th 10am-5:30pm at Runners Soul.
For out of towners there will have a race day pickup from 6:30-7:45 by the start/finish area.

Awards

With this year’s event we will be providing awards to the top 3 overall, top 3 in age group and 1st place team in each of the Mother-Daughter. Sister-Sister and Sisterhood divisions .

Age Categories

• Mother-Daughter, Sister-Sister and Sister-Hood (not related but are like sisters) Team Categories will be available of 2 or more per team.
• Participants can run in both the age group and team categories.
• Team category times are averaged based on each team members posted time.
• Results will be posted live on racepro.ca race day. Official Finisher, Age Group, and Team Category certificates will be available on this website.
